Outdoor First Aid

This course is probably the most comprehensive, easy learning, and enjoyable first aid course in the UK. It looks at both general and advanced first aid skills, and gives you the confidence to apply them in outdoor environments.
Many outdoor courses concentrate on anatomy and physiology and have a stressful exam at the end. Instead we concentrates on developing practical skills and uses outdoor specific scenarios to build confidence, probably the most important aspect of first aid.
